    The doctor did not have the proper information about my husband from my husband's primary physician (also Health Quest). The doctor could not go forward with the visit, yet we were still charged for the specialist visit. Even so, we were paying off the bill, but Health Quest sent it the account to Collection Bureau of the Hudson Valley. This is a horrible way to do business. Needless to say, after that visit my husband changed doctors (and network) and he has received the care he needed.
